Or, Happy New Year in Chinese.  This Lunar New Year is the Year of the Goat
and may all of us at King & Country in Hong Kong take this opportunity to
wish all of our dealers around the world a very happy, healthy and
prosperous New Year.

“COLLECTOR COLLECTS SOME PRAISE”
“COLLECTOR”, our brand-new, in-house quarterly has received a very good
response from both dealers and collectors for its first edition.
General comments seem to be that it is a useful selling medium and a good
source of background information on K&C and our products.  As “COLLECTOR”
will be a long-term, ongoing project we would like feedback from dealers -
both good and bad!  Plus, any requests for articles on any aspects of the
hobby and business you might like to read about.  All suggestions gratefully
received.


“SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW?”
Late last year I told you about the complete redesign and resculpting of our
seriously politically incorrect “LEIBSTANDARTE SS ADOLF HITLER” Series.
Well, the work is now complete - the masters carved…cast…and
master-painted… all 24 original, all-new figures.  Most will be available
as single pieces but included are two very special sets.

Set of two typical 30’s style German lamposts.  One
carrying a Nazi banner and the other an SS banner - great to line the parade
route.

LAH Popularity
To help us serve you better and to ensure you get adequate supplies of this
best-selling series, please send us your initial order requirements.  It
doesn’t cost you anything but it allows us to place big enough orders to
supply your requirements and not disappoint your customers.  Take a good
look at the photos attached to see our quality and variety.

ITEMS BEING RETIRED.
As usual with all this new product coming out some of the older ones are
being retired…so, please read carefully the attached “Discontinued Items
List”. 
From time to time some dealers complain that they have been unable to obtain
their requirements due to late ordering.  Please, please, please check your
“DISPATCHES” regularly to avoid disappointing yourself and your customers.

THE “WESTCOASTER”
I’ll be in L.A. for the upcoming Show (27th February - 2 March 2003) and
look forward to meeting and, I hope, assisting all K&C dealers taking part
in this Show.  K&C will not be selling direct to the public, we will be
there to support and encourage our dealers.
