The noble commander gave the orders concerning where to aim the cannon and when to fire it based on the fact that he likely financed its construction and ammunition.
Centered around a monster metal cannon with accessories, the Artillery set includes a noble command figure as well as 5 different gunners each one as strikingly detailed and painted as the next. First Legion has done these hand painted figures such that they can be used for either the French Army or the Imperial army; the Landsknechts were Europe’s mercenaries at the time and served whoever paid their wages! The German Landsknecht Arquebusiers are additions to the previous German Landsknecht Pike Block under Georg Von Frundsberg adding further ranks to the figures already released.
