The Salute – A Symbol of Courtesy & Respect
Historians contend that the origin of the military salute is actually a sign of peace. Early Roman soldiers approaching public officials would raise their right hands to show they had no weapons. To this day, the raised “weapon hand” or salute, is an enduring symbol of courtesy and respect that is a right and responsibility of every soldier.
These figures are made using a bronze infused cold-cast resin process.
